Cumbie Family Remote Support

This page helps set up RustDesk so Schuyler can provide remote computer support when needed.

Step 1: Download RustDesk

Android iPhone / iPad

Android and iPhone downloads open the official app stores.

Step 2: Install RustDesk

  1. Open the file or app store link you downloaded.
  2. Install RustDesk.
  3. Open RustDesk after installation finishes.

Step 3: Configure RustDesk

  1. Open RustDesk.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open Network.
  4. Unlock network settings if prompted.
  5. Enter the settings below exactly as shown.

Relay Server: help.cumbies.com
API Server: leave blank

Step 4: Send your RustDesk ID

Once RustDesk is open, send Schuyler the RustDesk ID shown on the main screen.

Never approve a connection request unless you know who is connecting.
